What to expect?
Goals and Motivation
Your initial session with us we will set down talk about your goals and your motivation behind your goals. “We call it the meat and potatoes”. We will set short term goals to help you get you where you want to be and make it realistic for you to get there.
Nutrition
In your first session you can expect us to go over nutrition with you in great detail so we know where we need to implement changes. It’s not something we change over night. We help you establish a lifestyle that you can maintain forever. We will go over simple changes you can make to your life and how it will constantly build upon each to get the results you are looking for.
Assessment
We will first weight and measure you so we have a starting point from which to work from whether you are looking to pack on muscle or lose weight. Then we shall conduct a movement assessment so we know what your weak links are and how we can correct them to make you stronger and prevent injuries from occurring while training.
Program
We will create you a customized program based on you needs and wants. It will encompass both a mobility program, nutrition program, as well as customized workouts. The customized workouts may be body weight, strength training, high intensity or mix of it all.

Small Group Training

What is Small Group Training?
Typically it is a group of 2-3 individuals with similar goals training together, while still receiving the quality instruction that you receive in personal training. It also allows you to have an accountability partner and someone to compete with to further motivate you.

We will go over basic nutrition guidelines to get you where you want to be. It is basic overview of what are good food choices and what are bad food choices
Assessment
We will first weight and measure you so we have a starting point from which to work from whether you are looking to pack on muscle or lose weight. Then we shall conduct a movement assessment so we know what your weak links are and how we can correct them to make you stronger and prevent injuries from occurring while training.
Program
Your program will be tailored to your group’s main focus whether it is strength training, weight loss, or increasing athletic performance.

Sports Performance

Whether you are a weekend warrior, youth, high school, college or professional athlete we can help take you the next level. We offer highly specialized training that will help get you where you need to be for the upcoming season without you getting injured.
 
We can work with a team of athletes in a group setting, a few individuals in a small group setting or we can work with individuals in one on one personal training.
 
Assessment:
Many athletes have a high risk of injury in most of today’s sports. We can eliminate the non contact ones that are so prevalent in sports such as a torn ACL or torn rotator cuff. Simply through proper assessment of movements and implementing corrective exercises into their offseason and in season training programs.
 
Optimizing Performance with Nutrition:
Many athletes lack the proper nutrition to effectively perform at their highest level. We take a step by step process educating each athlete on the proper foods to eat to fuel themselves for the sport they play. With the goal of helping each athlete establish a healthy lifestyle that will stick with them long after their playing days are done.
 
Program Design:
Each program will be tailored to each athlete’s sport and the season they are currently in. With the emphasis on the ability to train at optimal levels each season and help them excel in the areas in which they wish to improve. These areas can range from improving power to increasing speed and agility to decreasing injuries during the season and off season.

Large Group Training

What to expect?
We offer the chance to workout with a community of people with similar goals all while doing so in a safe and fun environment. You will have benefits of a personal trainer teaching the right way to do movements but while having fun working out with your best friends. Everyone pushing each other to the next level.
Workouts will be composed of a mix of bodyweight, kettlebell and even barbell training for the advanced individuals. It is a complete body workout, that is interval training based so it will leave you with the feelings of accomplishment, energetic, and strong!
Assessment:
Prior to starting any classes we will perform a full body assessment so we know what movements will be safe for you to do in the setting. When you can move safely you will also burn more calories and increase your strength through a greater range of motion. We will show you simple corrective exercises to fix your main imbalances.
